Our formula includes sodium, potassium, magnesium, and other electrolytes essential for hydration, along with a light flavoring for great taste. No artificial sweeteners or unnecessary additives.

Simply mix one serving (1 scoop or single-serve pouch) with 16–20 oz of water, shake or stir, and enjoy! Adjust the water amount based on your taste preference.
